Welcome to Inner·Wave. By downloading, installing, or using the Inner·Wave mobile application ("the App"), you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Inner·Wave is a meditation and wellness app that combines sound, guided meditation, binaural beats, subliminal affirmations, and other audio-based techniques to support relaxation, focus, and sleep. The App is available on iOS and Android.
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you accept these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable terms from Apple or Google relating to your use of their app stores and payment systems.
Inner·Wave offers optional in-app purchases for Pro features:
Note: Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the App Store and within the app at the time of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.
Managing subscriptions: You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:
Payment processing: All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Inner·Wave does not directly collect or store your payment information.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account), which will permanently remove all associated data.
The App allows you to create custom presets, record audio, generate text-to-speech content, write journal entries, and suggest meditation wishes. You retain ownership of any content you create. By submitting wish suggestions, you grant Inner·Wave a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the submitted text within the App after moderation.
You agree not to submit content that is offensive, harmful, misleading, or that violates the rights of others.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
All content provided within the App — including guided meditations, music, sound recordings, preset configurations, cover images, and the App's design and code — is owned by Inner·Wave or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
Inner·Wave is a wellness tool designed to support relaxation and mindfulness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
If you are experiencing mental health challenges, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Some audio techniques (such as binaural beats) may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders — please consult your doctor if you have concerns.
Inner·Wave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inner·Wave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Use. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
